⌄Heyyy, my fellow foodies~ who want to enjoy whatever you crave while still looking like a snack or a whole meal—just like me (jk), You are on the right path, and you’re welcome ahead. I’m Fandy Wu, your soon-to-be favorite gym girl/foodie. My fitness journey kicked off at 14 which led me dive into every trendy diet out there. Spoiler alert: it led to some not-so-great habits and secret struggles with hormonal imbalances. Fast forward to now. I’m possibly in the best shape of my life. That is what I feel like at least. How? I ditched the strict calorie-counting and embraced balance instead. I live by the 80/20 rule: 80% nutritious meals, 20% guilt-free treats. I like to start my day with a lighter meal, so I don’t hit that food coma during the day even though I workout first thing in the early morning. It works for me so that’s that. And let’s talk about healthy food tasting indulgent—my cinnamon rolls and chocolate cakes are proof that you can enjoy comfort food without the guilt! Eating out? Bring it on anyway. I savor whatever I’m craving because food should always be a blast. Now, for those who care about numbers, I’ll toss in the estimated nutrition breakdown for my meals. But remember, these are just rough guides! Everyone’s body is different. For context, I’m 5'3", weigh about 108 lbs, and I’m pretty active.
